Trim Levels

Engine
The 2025 Ram 1500 introduces an innovative powertrain lineup that blends strength with fuel efficiency. The base model features a 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine, which generates 305 horsepower and 269 feet-pound of torque and uses eTorque mild-hybrid technology to maximize fuel efficiency. The new twin-turbo 3.0-liter Hurricane engine comes in two variants. The standard one cranks out 420 horsepower and 469 pound-feet of torque, while the high-output engine has 540 horsepower and 521 pound-feet of torque.
Performance
The 2025 model is a capable vehicle for both work and recreational activities, capable of towing up to 11,560 pounds and carrying 2,300 pounds. The rear-drive Tradesman HFE model achieves 23 mpg combined, demonstrating the Ram 1500's blend of power and efficiency. Its coil-spring rear suspension provides a smooth, comfortable ride.
