The base model of the Durango is equipped with a 295-horsepower engine that gets 260 pound-feet of torque. It comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive. An upgraded V8 provides 360 hp and 390 pound-feet of torque. The Durango has a maximum tow rating of 8,700 pounds with the right equipment.
The SRT Hellcat ranks as the most powerful gas SUV ever released, delivering 710 horsepower and 645 pound-feet of torque. Its supercharged HEMI V8 gets you to 60 in 3.5 seconds, with a top speed of 180 miles per hour and a quarter-mile time of 11.5 seconds.
Interior Space
The Durango accommodates up to seven in three comfortable, spacious rows of seats, and has 50 different seating configurations available. When you fold down the two back rows, this midsize SUV offers more than 85 cubic feet of cargo space. The Durango also has a standard power liftgate. Every trim is appointed with standard comforts such as heated front seats, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, and a heated steering wheel.
Infotainment Tech
This SUV comes with an upgraded 10.1-inch touchscreen that runs the latest Uconnect software platform. You’ll have standard Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and a six-speaker audio system. The Durango includes more than 60 standard and available active safety features. Each trim has a post-collision braking system, a pre-collision braking system, stability control, forward collision warning with automatic braking, trailer sway control, rear cross-traffic alert, and blind-spot monitoring. Adaptive cruise control is also available.

Based on the SRT Hellcat, the Silver Bullet edition adds sport seats in Ebony Red Nappa leather with Hellcat logo embroidery, 20-inch wheels with the Lights Out finish, gray metallic Hellcat batching, a red Brembo braking system, and a two-tone Triple Nickel exterior with a Satin Black hood finish.
The R/T 20th Anniversary edition combines the features of the R/T model with the upgraded towing package, 20-inch wheels in the Brass Monkey finish, black six-piston Brembo brakes, second-row captain’s chairs, and trim-exclusive fender badging and hood graphics.
